Order Processing

All of our products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters our production process before it is shipped.

Processing typically takes 2–5 business days for apparel items such as hoodies, T-shirts, and tank tops. During busy seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, and another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days after fulfillment
  • Europe: 4–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 3–10 business days
  • International orders: 7–20 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Incorrect Addresses / sizes

Please ensure that your shipping information and size is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses or wrong size choices Please studie the Size charts provided carefully. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.
